Dennis Aaron Rathburn

I attended Franklin University and earned an Associates Degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and then earned my Juris Doctorate of Law from Capital University Law School.  I've been an attorney since 1991.  I have a great number of years in private practice and would like a chance to put my years of experience to work for you.  

I am a believer in helping clients understand the legal matter they need help with, then working with them to achieve their goals so that our experience is a positive one.  We will talk to potential clients with their first phone call.  We will actually listen and provide answers to questions.  If we determine we can help, we will schedule an appointment and see you ASAP.  If we can't help, we will tell you that and most often we can refer potential client's to an attorney they can trust to treat them right.
