I attended Franklin University and earned an Associates Degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and then earned my Juris Doctorate of Law from Capital University Law School. I've been an attorney since 1991. I have a great number of years in private practice and would like a chance to put my years of experience to work for you.
I am a believer in helping clients understand the legal matter they need help with, then working with them to achieve their goals so that our experience is a positive one. We will talk to potential clients with their first phone call. We will actually listen and provide answers to questions. If we determine we can help, we will schedule an appointment and see you ASAP. If we can't help, we will tell you that and most often we can refer potential client's to an attorney they can trust to treat them right.
We will treat you and your loved ones with dignity and respect. We like to hear client''s say they are glad they made contact with us and allowed us the opprotunity to serve their legal needs at reasonable rates. We desire that our relationship be one of trust and that our client's receive real solutions they can understand.
We are committed to providing top notch, real service to our clients. along with real value for their money.
Give us a try, we believe you will be glad you did.

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority in 2010.
Suspension Stayed issued in OH, 2010
updated on 03/26/2016
Suspension stayed means the attorney has been suspended, but that the suspension is placed on hold (and ultimately removed) if the attorney complies with certain requirements.
Dennis's comment: “This matter was dismissed in 2012. License had no actual suspension. No clients affected,NO interruption of law practice. ALWAYS full compliance with all License requirements. I believe this to be misleading as it was entirely dismissed, disclipine ENTIRELY STAYED- meaning it was NEVER imposed. Now I have this label- like getting a speeding ticket that's dismissed, but you are forever a "speeder". See: www.RathburnAssociates.com”
