"W" Probate Case

To protect the privacy of my client and the family I refer to this as my "W" Probate Case. This was an estate I was hired by Huntington Trust Company (Executor) to handle. The estate was a "high" dol ... lar value estate with many assets of all kinds, real estate in multiple states, financial accounts of all kinds (including "online" accounts which presented issues), no heirs in the state of Ohio (one deceased heir), Rental Real Estate (One tenant passed away during administration), Estate Tax issues - I completed and filed the Ohio Estate Tax Return (which passed audit scrutiny), dealt with multiple motor vehicles, vast personal property (many very valuable), the decedent held a mortgage note and mortgage lien of property he sold with him as the seller financing prior to his death which generated monthly payments to the estate on that note and mortgage which was ultimately assigned to an heir (I represented the decedent prior to his death in the collection enforcement of that note and mortgage), all Court requirements and filings with the large project of compiling and reconciling the massive "Final Accounting" to the Court. This was a matter where it was clear my BS in Accounting was a big plus. All of which passed scrutiny of the legal team at Huntington National Bank, Trust Division. I want to say the Huntington Trust Officer was great to work with (for). I believe he would recommend me without hesitation. I know the heirs we worked with would as well. This estate took two and one half years to conclude. "Case date" is approximate as this covered multiple years.
