Todd M. Zimmerman

Mr. Zimmerman was admitted to the Ohio bar in 1997 at which time he began as an associate with the firm. Beginning in 2004, Todd was named a shareholder. His practice is primarily focused on both civil litigation and insurance defense, including extensive experience handling first and third-party liability, coverage disputes and SIU claims such as arson and fraud. He has tried numerous jury and bench trials with favorable results and also has significant experience in appellate matters, including arguing before the Supreme Court of Ohio. 

Specialties: commercial and personal lines insurance defense litigation including both first and third party representation, special investigations "SIU" work for both personal and commercial insurance lines (examinations under oath, arson, fraud, loss of use/loss of profits, personal injury), bad faith defense, insurance coverage, insurance subrogation, civil/commercial defense work, business litigation, appellate work and commercial foreclosure work.
