Biography
My name is Clay Lopez. I have been licensed to practice in the State of Ohio since 1999. I have also been admitted to the Federal Bar in the Southern District Court of Ohio. In my time as an attorney, I have worked as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Franklin County. After leaving that office, I opened my own office to pursue private practice. Wanting to focus more on practicing law, I transitioned to work for Amy M. Levine and Associates. Presently, I practice in the areas of criminal defense, OVI, Juvenile, Domestic Violence, Violent Crimes, White Collar Crime and other related fields.
Each client is different and I strive for the best possible outcome for every individual. If a trial is necessary, then the case will proceed to trial. I have recently tried several cases including rape and gross sexual imposition and assault cases.
