I first spoke with Mark Herder on the phone Friday morning. His office immediately responded to my financial problem which was a emergency - no runaround or waiting for some overcomplicated process. His website is very simple, but it works. Not some garbage that is over my head. Late Friday after...noon, it only took his office 8 hours to file my bankruptcy case!
