My wife and I are not real familar with the legal system and we have never been to court. We contacted mark herder in the begining of May since I was being garnished by a bill collector that had been going on for almost 1 year. Mark answered the door at his office, we had our appointments and after... 2 days we had stopped the garnishment. Me and my Husband filed 3 bankruptcy cases with Mark. At first we thought he done a good job on our first case in 2002. Come to find out that he filed a Chapter 7 listed a lender as the second mortgage which was not the lender. He took our assets then in 2003 it was converted to a 13. The the same ...creditors plus more was added. He filed our schedules and claimed exemption that we did know we had. I filed a motion to increase our payments in the 5th years only which we did not approve. He let our mortgage company take our personal assets. The filed a late Proof of Claim. Plus they as listed in our schedules. We asked him to convert our 13 to a 7 come to find out he has it dismissed. We ended up losing our house. Citimortgage is our Mortgage which has been found guilty of fraud. I have the document to prove my case.
