The bankruptcy process can be very humiliating to say the least, but the staff and especially Brittany (a lawyer in the office) made the fil...ing of my bankruptcy case very quick, efficient and nonthreating. Every aspect was carefully explained along the way and everything was repeated so that the average individual can process all of the information. The staff was able to communicate the needs so that it is not just another unapproachable foreign language. I felt like I was being served in a genuine way at all times. Mark Herder even called me at 6:30 PM on a Saturday (in the middle of the summer) to remind me of some important information that I still needed to provide his office. This office obviously knows how to run things and I am looking forward to working a future with no debt! I appreciate them so much.
