Mark Herder filed my bankruptcy case and made a bad situation turn into a positive one. He and his staff took care of all the money troubles that I had from bad decisions from a bad divorce. I just finished my chapter 13 bankruptcy case with Mark Herder and am very, very pleased with his services. I had 2 pieces of real estate in the case and Mark was able to arrange things so that the last 5 years have been very successful. I was able to eliminate 2 mortgages through the process and s...till keep my main residence. When I was shopping around in the beginning, other bankruptcy attorneys had suggested that I follow through with mortgage modification. Mark pointed out that this was not a good strategy for me at all. I have also been able to reestablish my credit along the way too and am now looking forward to retiring in my home that was saved in the bankruptcy!
