Dmitriy Lev Borshchak

Dmitriy Borshchak is the founding attorney of Borshchak Law Group, formerly known as The Law Office of Dmitriy Borshchak, in Columbus, Ohio. He initially pursued a brief career in medicine, but discovered that his true passion was the law. Dmitriy’s practice encompasses a wide range of family law issues, including divorce, child custody, child support, martial agreements, fathers’ rights, and spousal support.

Dmitriy is a strong advocate for his clients. He approaches every case with the mentality that he is a general going to war for the best interest of his client. Dmitriy always ensures that his client’s understand exactly what is going on in their cases, taking the time to fully explain each step of the process and educate his client on their rights under the law. With a listening ear, he strives to learn all that he can about his client and his client’s situation so that he can help protect his client’s most important interest—their family.

After receiving an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Ohio University, Dmitriy attended and graduated from Capital University Law School. While in law school Dmitriy excelled academically and dedicated his time to pro bono work, allowing him to represent underserved individuals through the Litigation Clinic and gain valuable litigation experience.

Before starting Borshchak Law Group, Dmitriy worked at Franklin County Prosecutor’s Office and various firms, including Weis & O’Connor, LLC. Prior to his legal career, Dmitriy also worked at Milegroup Consulting where he was exposed to high level business tax analysis and collection of reimbursable expenses to assisting in filing a W2 employee’s tax returns. His work at Milegroup Consulting gives him a unique ability to assess and strategically review his client’s finances, uncover hidden assets, and ensure his clients receive what they are entitled to.
