Chris Heckert is the PC on our case. He is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of. Despite over 15 emails and over 10 calls, we have received ZERO responses. My kids are VERY important to me but he has no interest in helping. He makes promise after promise and 0 effort to fulfill them. Ive missed out ...on so much waiting for him to respond, to write and order, hell, to even acknowledge that hes our PC! He said in Oct of 2023 that we would "phase in weekend visits over the next 2 weeks" and guess what? Its now a week away from April 2024 and i have yet to even hear from him, get an email OR phone call from him despite my NUMEROUS attempts and NUMEROUS messages left. He doesnt care about helping, only cares about filling hos pockets. I will NEVER recommend him or anyone hes associated with. If you want a nice conversation, go with Chris Heckert. If you want results and kept promises, go with ANYONE else...
