Biography
Megan M. Gibson, a Partner with Einstein & Gibson, LLC, completed her undergraduate studies at The Ohio State University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology degree in 2008. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree in 2011 from Capital University Law School, where she graduated Cum Laude with a concentration in Family and Children Law and was given the honor of the Order of the Curia for her exceptional academic achievements. Ms. Gibson also was a member of the Capital University Law Review. She has been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers every year since 2015.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Gibson acquired legal experience as an attorney at a local domestic law firm. Before being admitted to the bar, she was an extern for The Honorable Gregory L. Frost, United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and served as a legal intern with the Capital University Legal Clinic.
The focus of Ms. Gibson's practice is in the area of Family Law, which includes practicing in domestic and juvenile courts throughout the State of Ohio, and includes providing legal representation for divorce, dissolution, child custody, parentage, child support, prenuptial agreements, spousal support and post-decree matters.
