As Senior Associate Attorney at The Law Office of Brian Jones, Elizabeth Emelia Osorio handles her own criminal cases as well as assisting Attorney Brian Jones with complex felony cases. Elizabeth’s background in Forensic Science and Physical Anthropology make her well-suited for investigating complex issues involving physical evidence, drug evidence, and laboratory testing evidence.
As part of her criminal practice, Elizabeth provides a range of post-conviction services, including: appeal of conviction; plea withdraw; sentencing errors; community control sanction violations; post-release control violations; sealing of record of arrest or conviction; and more.

Prior to joining The Law Office of Brian Jones, Elizabeth Osorio graduated cum laude from The Ohio State University with a Bachelors Degree in Anthropology and Spanish. She earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Akron School of Law.
