Mr. Comley is a retired Army Judge Advocate who served multiple times as a prosecutor and defense counsel, supervised counsel for both sides, designed military criminal jurisdictions at the Corps level, and represented the Army as a legislative counsel on Capitol Hill. Prior to becoming a Judge Advocate, Mr. Comley served as a platoon leader, executive officer, a fire support officer in 1-4 and 1-91 Cavalry.
