AR 15-6 Review
After my suspension I thought my career was over, and considering the allegations, I even started to question my character. I spoke to a number of attorneys prior to hiring Aimee and I could not have made a better choice. Once hired Aimee and her team quickly reviewed the investigation's findings and formulated a response. Throughout the process Aimee provided encouragement and reassurance. I felt comfortable talking to her about some very personal matters and I knew her feedback was honest and unbiased. Her experience as an Army officer and her knowledge of Army regulations ensured the response was written in such a way that it was relatable to the appointing authority.

Passionate attorney
Attorney Aimee Bateman is a passionate attorney that listens to her client, assesses their situation, and walks them through the complexities of their legal situation. She successfully represented me through an incident with significant long term professional implications. Aimee was very responsive and encouraging throughout the process. Her disposition had a calming effect that enabled me to continue working while undergoing the legal process. I would absolutely hire her again and I highly recommend her to anyone needing legal services.

Highly Recommend for professional legal assistance.
I have used Mrs. Bateman on a few occasions. She is very professional up front. She allows you to completely explain your circumstance. Then repeats your explanation before her analysis of the situation before giving you options and advice. Her whole system of assisting you is efficient and shows her professionalism and dedication. She makes the customer feel they are the only game in town. V/R Erik

As a recently retired Army family we needed needing legal council for a very sensitive family matter. We sought out Aimee and we are so happy we did! She helped us navigate issues we did not understand, revealed to us where the law was actual on our side, and advocated for us in the most successful way. Highly recommend!

Phenomenal attorney
Mrs. Bateman went above and beyond to help my son. She digs deep and finds all the facts. She got us better results then we ever imagined. She believes in her work. That's rare to see in a lawyer these days. Especially where I live. I would recommend her to everyone. She's a fantastic lawyer and an even better human being.

Aimee Bateman is a legal advocate without equal in military litigation
Not only in my case, but in many others, Aimee has proven herself to be the smarter, harder working, expert whose knowledge of the law pales in comparison to opposing counsel. She is a dedicated advocate who routinely works miracles due to her poise and ability to design common sense solutions to complex legal problems to the satisfaction of her clients. In over 20 years of active army service, she has developed the skill set necessary to solve any legal issue. She has the innate ability to thrive in any community as shown by the roots that she has grown in the Leavenworth- Greater Kansas City area, dedicating time and resources to various boards and charitable interests. I would hope to have the resources and portfolio to hire her as in-house counsel for the aforementioned reasons.

"I was blessed to have the opportunity to work with and learn from Aimee when she was at the 10th Mountain Division. Ms. Bateman was the most thoroughly researched, prepared, focused, and effective advocate in our Military Justice shop. Throughout my career as a judge advocate, I tried to match what I observed in Aimee. Now, as I transition to civilian practice, I continue to trust her as a talented colleague and rely on her expertise to ensure both the continuity of my practice and to serve as my first referral choice for conflict clients. Regardless of the practice area, talking to and working with Aimee will most certainly make things better!"
