My family and I were involved in a car accident involving a wreckless driver who was not insured. The wreck left my wife requiring surgery, both of us requiring physical rehabilitation, the loss of our personal vehicle, and the loss of a new job position I was starting but couldn't due to my injuries.... Our first meeting, we were walked through our best options as how to proceed and what to expect. I was explained my insurance policy had an uninsured driver option which protected us in events such as ours, and how we should expect our insurance company to proceed with our claim. He was incredibly accommodating in preparing us for what would otherwise have been a seemingly impossible task, kept constant contact to ensure we were up-to-date with the progress of our claim and the records he was receiving, patient with us when it came to providing him with the various required documentation to proceed at each step, and realistically set our expectations as we encountered each part of the process. Were it not for Mr. Erpenbeck, I'm certain we would have ended up with a small fraction of the amount to which my family and I were entitled. I cannot stress enough how much I highly recommend Mr. Erpenbeck. He is a friendly, personable, straightforward, and professional lawyer.
