My husband and I were very pleased with Peter Brackney's legal services. He listened to our needs and was very professional and pleasant to deal with. We had him prepare our wills, powers of attorney, heath directives, living wills and HIPAA disclosure forms. We were unsure of the exact meaning of ...the wording in the Ky living will forms we had found online and he explained them clearly to us and gave us plenty of time to confidently make our decisions about our choices and directives. He advised us which documents we needed and the reasons why. This was very valuable to us and it felt so good to get everything in order and in place for our family in the event of our death or condition in which we can no longer make our own decisions or communicate our wishes. Peter was very professional as well as caring. I had a few people who were threatening to take me to court if I did not pay them money "NOW" from a previous debt. I contacted Peter and he was very quick to respond and let me know this is a scam and to not respond. If I did not have Peter helping m...e and caring enough about my fears that this horrible person was trying to do to me, I would have probably been scared enough to pay them. Peter was very good at what he did for me during a difficult time in having to declare bankruptcy as well as taking care of this scam that this person was scaring me with long after the bankruptcy was filed. I would recommend him to anyone.
