We are very happy with Mr. Brackney's estate planning services. My husband and I together have four adult children, two from a previous marriage and two together - not all of whom get along. We needed wills for each of us, powers of atto...rney for our kids to use in case we are injured or severely ill, health directives, living wills, HIPAA disclosure forms, etc. In short, everything any of our children would need in any situation now that retirement is fast approaching. Mr. Brackney explained everything clearly and helped us sort out the issues of our blended family. He gave us both paper copies and electronic scans so everyone has all the documents. (He also keeps copies in a vault in case of a disaster at our home.)
