Client was in poor health, but all his mental faculties were in good shape. He wanted to change both his testamentary documents because his circumstances had changed. I met with the client at the hospi ... tal to discuss his wants and needs before returning to my office to draft the appropriate papers. I then returned to the hospital where he executed the documents. Sometimes, a client can't make it to the lawyer's office. And that's okay. Each case and each client is different; that is why each matter requires individualized attention.
