Used car lot sold clients a minivan which it represented to be in perfect working order. Unbeknownst to the purchasers, the tires on the van were extremely old and unsafe. Within days of purchase, the ... rear left tire of the van failed, causing instant tread separation. This caused the van to flip into the oncoming lane and be struck by oncoming traffic. Several members of the family were injured. After a hard-fought battle on liability, we were able to make a very nice recovery for the family.
