The insurance company was trying to give me the run around about paying for the damage done to my car when it was taken. Chauncey s...

I was rear ended and contacted the law firm of Winton and Hiestand. They were very thorough throughout the process and helped me along with understanding what avenues I had to move forward. I strongly recommend using this law firm.

Chauncey and I have had cases against each other for many years. He is a formidable opponent, a hard worker and a good advocate for his clients. He is also well respected in our community.

He is diligent in his representation of his clients, always seeking to advance their cause to a resolution that makes them "whole" again. He is loyal, honest and hard working. He comes from working class roots and never forgets how hard people have to struggle to make ends meet in this country. He donates a large amount of his time to various local charities including those that help impoverished, abused and underserved children in the Louisville area.
