Biography
Criminal Defense in Georgia and Federal Courts makes up a large portion of my practice. Adoptions and Fanily Law along with Litigation make up the balance. I am currently the City of Bainbridge, GA Solicitor - prosecuting misdemeanor cases brought by Bainbridge Public Safety.
'm not from the South, but I got here as soon as I could. Born in SLC, Ut., I moved to work in DC after graduate school to work in International Telecommunications Consulting and Wireless Telecom Industry association management. This is where I met my wife, a patent examiner at the time. We moved to Georgia (Macon) when I decided to go to law school and to be closer to her family. We moved to Bainbridge to work as a prosecutor. I resigned in 2008 to run for DInstruct Attorney. I am rooted here in the area now and we enjoy the close proximity to Gulf beaches, rivers and good friends.

Terrible
He is my son’s lawyer and has not even got him a bond yet or returned any contact to us. He has been in jail almost 2 years! Without trying to get him a bond. The Worst Representation That I have ever seen
I was stuck in jail for three weeks, waiting for Mr. Cleveland to make good on his promise. I had a simple case in which all that he had to get was a piece of paper.
