Divorce mediation

Was chosen by someone to mediate my divorce case 1 criticized my private investigator report said it was false 2. Rude and sarcastic when discussing division of assets and if he didn't care why I was not willing to settle for peanuts. Need to put himself in someone else's shoes. 3. Voices his opinion too much.
