Biography
For over 20 years, Lana has practiced with Wells Marble defending clients in a variety of lawsuits. She focuses her legal practice in the areas of insurance defense, premises liability, contract law, and municipalities. Lana also brings her experience as a prior practicing CPA to her defense practice. Her clients include insurance companies, large retailers, manufacturing companies, and more. She has represented insurers in alleged bad faith claims and regulatory matters. She also has tremendous experience in the areas of mass tort, wrongful death, property disputes, estate disputes, and commercial cases. This Clarksdale native earned a B.B.A. in Accounting from Delta State University and her J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law, where she was a cum laude graduate and an Associate Editor with the Mississippi Law Journal.
Lana is active in her community, church, and children's school.
