Roxanne P Case

Roxanne Case's practice primarily involves workers' compensation defense, including the handling of all matters before the Mississippi Workers' Compensation Commission, as well as workers' compensation opinions, appellate work, and also general insurance defense.

Roxanne is currently serving as the President of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Mississippi Bar.  She has been selected to serve as a statewide mediator in a program administered by the Administrative Law Section of The Mississippi Bar and Mississippi Workers' Compensation Commission.

Roxanne was recently named to the 2015 Women Leaders in Law which will be featured in Fortune’s Most Powerful Women in Business according to Martindale Hubbell.  In addition, she was selected as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America in 2015.  Previously, she has been selected as a Mid-South Super Lawyer in 2013 and 2014 and by Best Lawyers in America in 2014 through 2017 for litigation and workers’ compensation for employers.  Roxanne was also named one of the "Top 50 Women Mid-South Super Lawyers". She was had been selected 2010, 2011 and 2012 Mid-South Rising Star by Super Lawyers magazine.  In 2011, Roxanne was named to the Mississippi Business Journal's "Top 40 Under 40" for 2011. Additionally, Roxanne was named among the Mississippi Business Journal's Top Ten for "Leaders in Law" Lawyer of the Year in 2011 from Mississippi’s top 50 lawyers.

Roxanne received her Bachelor of Engineering degree from Mississippi State University in 1994. Following her undergraduate career, Roxanne attended Mississippi College School of Law as a Herrin-Hess Scholar for three years earning her J.D. in 1997.
