Biography
Trey Dellinger, a member of the law firm of Wells Marble & Hurst, PLLC, in Ridgeland, Mississippi, advises clients on insurance-related matters and matters of interest to employers, including employment law, wage and hour law, PPACA, HIPAA and premises liability.
Before entering the practice of law, Trey earned his undergraduate degree in Physics magna cum laude from the University of Mississippi in 1992 and the J.D. cum laude from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 1996, where he received the Robert W. Upchurch Award for Excellence in Federal Jurisdiction.
Trey is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and all state and federal courts in Mississippi.
Trey was named Martindale Hubbell AV-Preeminent 2013 and 2015 Top Rated Lawyer/Mass Torts, and was selected a Mid-South Super Lawyer 2013 and 2014.
Trey was selected by the Mississippi Business Journal as one of Mississippi’s Top 40 attorneys for Leadership in Law "Class of 2015.”
