We help clients during one of the most stressful times in their lives. Our firm has experience handling contested and uncontested divorces. Let us draft your paperwork and help you find a qualified mediator for your case. We work hard for our clients and keep our fees as low as possible.
- Child support: 15%
We help clients understand the Child Support Worksheet and insure it is error free. Our firm can determine if your child support amount could change and advise you on whether or not the Permanent Parenting Plan needs to be adjusted and can represent you at your hearing.
- Child custody: 10%
We fight for the parental rights of our clients. We know the most recent case law and can represent you in court. Many of our divorce cases also involve child custody. We know how to make sure your Permanent Parenting Plan and Child Support Worksheet are properly filled out and filed with child support services.
- DUI and DWI: 10%
We fight for our DUI clients. We know the most recent case law and have the experience in court that you need to fight a DUI on your license or CDL.
- Uncontested divorce: 5%
We review paperwork and file low cost uncontested divorces. We take payment plans.
