I am a licensed attorney in Georgia, Tennessee and Indiana with 23 years of experience. I am a partner in my firm and I have a passion for helping clients win their cases in Court. My primary practice areas are Family Law, DUI and misdemeanor Criminal. I am also a Rule 31 Listed Mediator and an approved trainer for mediation by the Tennessee Supreme Court Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission. I founded the second approved Alternative Dispute Resolution Inn of Court in the country and have a huge passion for mediation. I founded a non-profit mediation organization - GRO Global - that promotes the standardization of mediation internationally.
In my spare time I enjoy speaking and travelling internationally. I have had the privilege of training mediatiors in Family, Civil and Elder mediation in the US, India, Poland, Australia, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Germany and France. Kimberly published her first collaborative book on Mediation in 2016, which was published by the International Chamber of Commerce and edited by Dr. Greg Bond.

Highly recommend this attorney
