Highly Recommend

Daniel helped me get through a trying time in my life by using his expert skills and compassionate attitude to achieve both our goals. He is knowledgeable in all aspects pertaining to getting security clearances reinstated. He knew all the key people, their characteristics and how the DOE hearing pro...cess works. Daniel was easy to reach and kept in touch weekly to ensure everything was going as planned. Daniel was great at giving advice to help me fix the situation at hand along with ensuring that I met and surpassed what DOE expected of me. I am very pleased with how everything turned out and am grateful of his services. I would 100% recommend him to anyone needing help regarding their security clearance.

Juvenile court

On recommendation from a family friend, we contacted Mr. Ellis when our son, who suffers from bipolar disorder and ADHD, got into trouble and needed representation and guidance through Juvenile Court. We wanted our son to be held accountable, but also wanted to ensure that disciplinary action be fai...r and proportional to the actions he had taken. From the time we walked into the office to consult with Mr. Ellis, we were made to feel comfortable by the entire staff. Mr. Ellis was very thorough in addressing our concerns and relating to our son in spite of his disabilities. He communicated often and clearly throughout the process, advised and guided us to a satisfactory conclusion. Should we need an attorney in the future, Mr. Ellis will be the one we will call! We could not be more pleased with his service!

Exceptional Attorney!!!

I hired Mr. Ellis to represent me in a Department of Energy hearing when I was applying to get my clearance at a DOE site. Even though we were six hours apart, Mr. Ellis stayed on top of my case, communicated every step of the process, relayed information as soon as he received it, pursued traditiona...l and non-traditional ways of finding different perspectives and avenues to prove my case was wrongfully decided in the initial investigation. Mr. Ellis is very easy to understand, and he is a very good listener. He is able to take information and apply it in the best, most efficient manner. He left no card unturned, found resources, and other professionals to support our case. If there was every anything he was unsure of, he found someone who was knowledgeable and focused in that area, and found the answers. In my particular case, he was able to politely and professionally tare apart the DOE's case against me, and show there was no legitimate reasonable cause to their findings. Mr. Ellis is a superb attorney. He has wisdom and patience beyond his years. He is a rare find in this world of cut throat attorney's. He has a personality and demeanor that you are able to relax and have comfort knowing he truly cares about his clients and what they are going through. He takes a invested interest in his clients. He knows and understands, that the end results of any case would be life altering, whether it was in favor or against his clients favor. I never felt like I was just the next person on his list, in fact I always felt like I was the only person on his list of clients. When it came time for my hearing, Mr. Ellis handled setting up all witnesses to be there, ensuring that I had nothing to worry about. He was early to the hearing and very prepared. If I had one wish, it would be that he wasn't six hours away me, because if the need every came about that I would need an attorney, he would absolutely be my first pick!

Outstanding

I really believe Mr. Ellis is a good man. He helped save my job and my future! A many thanks goes to him. Always kept me informed and was very willing to answer any questions I had. His help went beyond just business. Easy to talk too and made me feel very comfortable. As a former combat infantryman ...veteran, He was on point at at every corner, and I'd follow him into the arena of legal combat any day.
