I am a Guardian ad Litem who represents children in dependency and neglect cases, and termination of parental rights cases. I advocate for their best interest.

When a conservatorship petition is filed, I am appointed the Guardian ad Litem to represent the best interest of the respondent/ward. I investigate whether the respondent needs a conservatorship and if the petitioner is fit to be the conservator.

I represent prospective adoptive parents in step-parent and relative adoptions.

I have been the personal representative on a TennCare case where the decedent died intestate having owed TennCare money. TennCare filed a claim against her estate and I was appointed to administer the estate to ensure that they get paid and that the beneficiaries get paid.
