Experienced. Caring. Responsive. Andrew Roberto understands that you're out of work, in pain, and just can't afford to miss out on everything you're entitled to under the law.
Andrew is Knoxville native and a partner with The Lawyers of Brown & Roberto. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Tennessee in 1999 with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a minor in Psychology, and received his Juris Doctorate from the UT College of Law in 2002.
Before entering private practice, Andrew was a local entrepreneur who founded and led Aware Entertainment. Later he served as a Workers’ Compensation Specialist with the Tennessee Department of Labor. He became a member of the Tennessee Bar Association in 2007.
Andrew serves the Knoxville community in a number of ways. His past service includes a term as a Knox County Election Commissioner and advisory board chairman for The Salvation Army. In recognition of his service, The Salvation Army presented him with their Partner in Mission Award in 2012. He was only the 33rd person nationwide to receive this honor. In 2015, The Lawyers of Brown & Roberto were also presented with the Red Shield Award in recognition for their service to the organization.
Andrew served on the board of the 2014 Congressional Medal of Honor Convention and, along with his colleagues at The Lawyers of Brown & Roberto, founded INVEST, a business competition that provides training, resources, and startup capital for military veterans. Committed to community service, the firm has sponsored and volunteered with Celebrate Recovery North Knoxville, promoted Bike Safety with the Epilepsy Foundation of East Tennessee, and is always looking for ways to serve our community.
Andrew and his family are members of Cokesbury United Methodist Church.
