EXCELLENT ATTORNEY

I was in need of an attorney to help with a breach of contract for a personal loan i had done for another individual. Because it would be handled in small claims court, and it was between two individuals, I was worried I would have trouble finding a knowledgeable and trust worthy attorney to take my ...case because there would not be much (financially) to gain for the attorney. I sent an general email to a law firm expressing what I needed an attorney for and Matt got in touch with me within just a few hours. We had talked and emailed documents back and forth and after just a couple of days he had all my paperwork filed and a lawsuit in place. From the day he first contacted me, to the day we went to court and recieved the judgement (in my favor) was right at 30 days. Matt was not only timely and on the ball, but did very well communicating and made communication convenient too. I didn't have to miss any work for meeting up to discuss anything. I could go on and on about a lot of other little things throughout the process and the court day that really blew me away, but I will sum it up by saying that Matt was an excellent attorney who took a lot of the stress of anxiety off of my chest by clearly being upfront, trustworthy, down to earth, and knowledgeable. He treated my small little claim with the same regard he would any other larger client. What seemed complicated and nerve wrecking to me, he made look like a cake walk! I hope I never need an attorney again, but If I do, he will be who I call first!

Fabulous Experience, Terrific Attorney

I worked with Matthew during an unfortunate issue I had with a former employer. Long story short, I had a serious injury and needed surgery, and my employer tried to fire me over it. I consulted Matt when I did not know where to turn, what my rights were, nor what I was entitled to under the law. He ...listened to my situation, conducted research, and promptly guided me through a successful negotiation that allowed me to receive a work accommodation with medical benefits and salary. If it wasn't for that accommodation, I would not have been able to see my surgeon, continue physical therapy, and heal properly. He was an absolute lifesaver and was there when I needed guidance and direction fast. I recommend him to anyone in need of an astute and serious attorney who knows what he's doing, and is looking to see results.

A Great Lawyer

Matt has been my firms attorney since day 1 where we were a very unprofitable business. Due to his great advice and understanding my business and contracts, my company was winning business and getting the most favorable deals. He has been helpful with contract negotiation, employee rights, independ...ent contract rights, proposals and overall legal advice. Would highly recommend him as a business lawyer.

Matt is great!

I hired Matt to help me with a traffic ticket. He got the points off my license for a very affordable rate. He has also offered me legal advice for other issues and his advice is always excellent. I would highly reccomend hiring him. I know I will if I have any other legal issues in the future.
