Helped me defeat a shady debt collection attempt

I had been sued by a well known credit card company, in another state, some years back for an alleged debt. The case was dismissed. Upon moving to TN, I was sued again by the same credit card company, using a different and somewhat shady debt collection attorney. Not knowing what to do, I called B...rent Snyder (through a reference), and sought out his advise and councel. Brent immediatly gained compassion for my situation and explained to me my rights and what I should do next. I enlisted Brent's service to help me fight the lawsuit. Brent took on the case at high speed and precision. His knowledge of the situation, law, and my rights made me feel very comfortable that the case would turn in my favor. He worked hard and swiftly to have my case dismissed. On the date of the trial, the case was dismissed, in my favor, due to expired statutes, among other technicalities. Brent has gone beyond this case and is helping me file counter suits against the CC company and collection attorney for FDCPA and Truth in Lending violations. In summary, Brent not only helped me get the case against be disolved, but also is fighting on my behalf for my just reward for the wrong doings of the deffending party. Brent is an excellent consumer rights advocate and attorney, using his experience and passion to help and defend the less sofisticated consumer against those who prey against those who may not be able to defend themselves on thier own. I highly recommend Brent Snyder to anyone being harrassed over debt problems. As for costs, Brent will recover legal costs and fees for you from the defending party, so you can rest easy, that you will not loose your hard earned money.

I can't believe how quickly he handled my claim!

After fighting for two years to collect on a settlement I won against a company that refused to respond, I went to Mr. Snyder for some help. I was shocked that within just a couple weeks I received a cheque in the mail. He is courteous and professional, and does what he does because he is passionate ...about helping people. If you need help, whether it's bankruptcy or something else, I would definitely recommend Brent Snyder!
