Wrongfully garnished assistance.

I give a 5 star rating just because it goes no higher! I contacted Brent due to a debt collection company wrongfully garnishing my wages. I had previously been garnished and went before a Judge for a slow pay case only to be informed, by the Judge, the judgement/garnishment was not against me and dro...pped the case. Fast forward almost 2 years and said debt collection company garnished my wages, again, against Judge's order. After contacting Brent he went right to work to get the resolution that was best for me. He worked very diligently and stayed the course updating me often and each step of the way. Hands down a very positive experience in a negative situation. Brent is experienced, knowledgeable and I highly recommend him!

Expert, approachable, efficient

Highly Recommend

I highly recommend speaking with Mr. Snyder if you are considering a bankruptcy, he is very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. I was not at all familiar with the process but he took the time to explain how it works and answer all my questions.

Brent is the BEST!

I highly recommend Brent Snyder! He’s knowledgeable, efficient, easy to talk to, and made the entire process stress free for me. Before finding Brent, I met with another law firm but left that attorney feeling unsure, hesitant, and stuck. When I sent the attorney follow-up questions, my email was f...orwarded to an attorney I had never met before. That attorney advised something entirely different than the first attorney had, even though they were from the same firm. It was very confusing. On the other hand, from beginning to end Brent was the only attorney who handled my case. He was informative, thorough and clear when explaining the process, as well as what important meetings/dates would happen next. When I left his office, I knew my case was in good hands. He filed my case with the court at the end of March and it was discharged by the beginning of July. A huge, stressful burden has been taken off my shoulders thanks to Brent!

Simply the best

Brent is amazing attorney. Answer all questions and help restructure my life and Financial goals. Easy to talk to and Provide a confidence that I am taking the right steps to gaining Financial freedom. Money that was garnished from me he got back.
