Misty Nichole Buck

Misty has to be one of the worst attorneys in the tri state area. She made me a quote on a case then kept adding fees every time I turned around. When I confronted her she slung her stringy hair back, rolled her eyes, and said "What did you expect". Then she actually walked off?? I still have no id...ea what her comment even meant. I told her to just stop appearing with me in court. The case actually started going better once she was gone. LESSON LEARNED. Don't make the mistake with this person.

She quoted a price in full for a divorce, which was paid in full. When it came time to file the signed decree, the receptionist kept saying $500 more in attorney fees was still owed plus an additional $314 filing fee! When I request a quote for the entire amount, that's what I expect! Do yourself a f...avor and find another attorney.

From word one she helped me and my family go through a trouble time she was patient with all three of my children and they were not scared to tell her what they wanted and she had a meaner about her that one day I see her as a honest judge in the county I appreciate all she done for my family she is ...well respected as it is deserved she one of best in my book she is honest weather you like it or not .

I see reviews stating that Mrs. Buck did not provide the EXACT outcome that her client wished for, sometimes this funny thing called life doesn't happen your way when you snap your fingers. Misty was professional, she was friendly, and did not charge unless needed. She worked her hardest and was alwa...ys on time. Luckily for my case (termination of parental rights/adoption) won. We went to court twice, that was it! Even when some of my family members gave her a hard time she still fought for me and my case. That's how it should be, I would definitely recommend Mrs. Buck and I have.
