Chase Alan Baker

Chase Baker, a native of Elizabethton, Tennessee, exemplifies a blend of academic achievement and legal proficiency. As a graduate of East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science in Communications Studies, Chase stood out academically, earning a place on the Dean's List. His leadership roles included Executive Board membership at Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity and serving as a Student Government Association Senator. Beyond academics, Chase's dedication extended to training American Quarter Horses, securing a national championship and the Justin Boots Rookie of the Year award in 2013.
Chase pursued legal studies at Lincoln Memorial University Duncan School of Law, benefitting from a full academic scholarship. His commitment there was reflected through participation in the mock trial team, leadership as a Dean's Fellow, and seminars in contracts and family law. Mentorship from former Tennessee Supreme Court Chief Justice Gary Wade enriched his legal insights. Since 2019, Chase has been with Foster and Potter, P.C, also serving the Tennessee Bar and the Greeneville Bar Association as Vice President.
