Went to Misty on recommendation of a friend. She promised me I would get custody of my son and that it was an easy situation resolved. She made me pay extra fees for a mediation she says resolved my issues which did nothing. I was told after mediation me and ex need to be adults and rectify situa...tion with son. No situationni went to her about has been resolved. I'm looking into getting an attorney to sue her and I'm also filing a complaint with Board of responsibility with state of Tennessee.

Misty also settled my situation out of court; however, I know for a fact that her gameness in the courtroom would have given the same outcome. Other lawyers know this as well, which is why Misty is able to mediate effectively.
