Biography

I have served as a Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee since 1982. I have actively represented debtors from the Northeast Tennessee region in all chapters of bankruptcy since 1980. My practice has been devoted solely to bankruptcy and financial workouts since 2000. I am active in bankruptcy related professional organizations and a frequent speaker on bankruptcy related topics. I am not certified as a bankruptcy specialist as I have never chosen to pursue such a certification.

Honestly, not one person wants to file bankruptcy but it does happen unfortunately and if you want it to be smooth and not feeling you are being judged then this is the law firm to use.

The absolutely best bankruptcy lawyer in Tennessee!

Did an amazing job
The case was an odd bankruptcy case considering we had someone who wanted to still be paid after we filed. She went above what she normally does and had to represent us at 3 different court dates. She was great! I recommend her to everyone who is looking to file bankruptcy.
