I cannot recommend Ms. Fugate highly enough. I had a complex legal matter and was at a loss as to how to deal with it. I contacted Ms. Fugate's office and spoke with her wonderful paralegal, Gale, who took my information and scheduled a phone consultation for the next day (I am bedbound and could not... come in to the office). By the time Ms. Fugate and I spoke the next day, she had already thoroughly researched my issue and had the answers I needed. Mrs. Fugate is one of the most professional, caring and competent attorneys in the business and her staff was most pleasant and helpful. After 50 years' service in Administration, the last 30 as an Executive Assistant, making a better than average salary, I found myself in a totally different environ...ment. My husband had Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia for 10 years and passed; my son had Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma (which is now in remission due to God's grace and mercy); and I had 3 major surgeries within 14 months...all of which had enormous co-pays. I found bankruptcy to be rather involved and rather complicated. Ms Fugate and her staff walked me through the process. I would not advise anyone to attempt to do this on their own. Bankruptcy is a sensitive, personal issue. It's emotional, and what one considering bankruptcy may think important real...ly isn't. It's like separating the wheat from the shaft, or in bankruptcy, separating what's important from what's not. I found bankruptcy a process needing a person experienced with that process in court. Of course that person needs a great staff, so thank you Gayle for your support and Gale for calling me by name when I showed up unexpected.

Margaret is the consummate Professional. Very Knowledgeable in all aspects of Law with a Caring and Compassionate demeanor. She researched our problems and questions and provided an unbiased factual answer. During the 7 years our case lasted, Margaret was never too busy to answer our many calls... and email questions.
