Biography

My staff and I make every effort to make our clients comfortable while dealing with this difficult time in their lives. You will not be pressured to make an immediate decision but will be given sufficient information to permit you to make an informed decision.
I have served as a Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee since 1982. I have actively represented debtors from the Northeast Tennessee region in all chapters of bankruptcy since 1980. My practice has been devoted solely to bankruptcy and financial workouts since 2000. I am active in bankruptcy related professional organizations and a frequent speaker on bankruptcy related topics. I am not certified as a bankruptcy specialist as I have never chosen to pursue such a certification.

She was very professional and knowledgeable about Bankruptcies. She helped me keep my house. Honestly, not one person wants to file bankruptcy but it does happen unfortunately and if you want it to be smooth and not feeling you are being judged then this is the law firm to use.

The absolutely best bankruptcy lawyer in Tennessee!
She is very professional and gave us everything we needed to complete the bankruptcy. I would definitely recommend her to anyone I know! Also I would like to add that our case was very special and she handled everything so great. So very happy she was there for us.
