"I have worked with Berner for a number of years on matters involving consumer protection/fraud and have recommended several clients who have had bankruptcy issues arise. In my opinion "BV" is unfailingly honest and never takes advantage of a client. He is a straight shooter who speaks truth after careful analysis. He has a very successful bankruptcy practice and has a thorough understanding of all issues affecting debtors seeking protection from the bankruptcy laws. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs competent counsel to guide them through the tough decisions that have to be made regarding bankruptcy law. He has practiced law for well over 30 years and knows the area well."
