Fantastic, very helpful and friendly.

Bankruptcy is difficult, embarrassing, stressful, and overall just not a fun thing to deal with. Thankfully Margaret and her office were there to help. She is extremely knowledgeable and provided much better advice that someone else I spoke with. I cannot recommend her more, she is the professional y...ou want!

You will not find a better advocate than Ms. Fugate

I cannot recommend Ms. Fugate highly enough. I had a complex legal matter and was at a loss as to how to deal with it. I contacted Ms. Fugate's office and spoke with her wonderful paralegal, Gale, who took my information and scheduled a phone consultation for the next day (I am bedbound and could not... come in to the office). By the time Ms. Fugate and I spoke the next day, she had already thoroughly researched my issue and had the answers I needed. Based on that impressive conversation, I immediately retained her and Ms. Fugate had my issue officially resolved in my favor within one week. Ms. Fugate is extremely professional, conscientious, diligent, and supremely knowledgeable. If you need an attorney for a complex isse, you will not find a better one.

The absolutely best bankruptcy lawyer in Tennessee!

She is very professional and gave us everything we needed to complete the bankruptcy. I would definitely recommend her to anyone I know! Also I would like to add that our case was very special and she handled everything so great. So very happy she was there for us.
