Biography

I have served as a Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee since 1982. I have actively represented debtors from the Northeast Tennessee region in all chapters of bankruptcy since 1980. My practice has been devoted solely to bankruptcy and financial workouts since 2000. I am active in bankruptcy related professional organizations and a frequent speaker on bankruptcy related topics. I am not certified as a bankruptcy specialist as I have never chosen to pursue such a certification.

Wonderful Lawyer!
She was very professional and knowledgeable about Bankruptcies. She helped me keep my house. I lost my job during the bankruptcy period and she helped get the payments postponed until I could get another job. My pay rate was less with the new job, she got my payments lowered. Honestly, not one person wants to file bankruptcy but it does happen unfortunately and if you want it to be smooth and not feeling you are being judged then this is the law firm to use.
