After 50 years' service in Administration, the last 30 as an Executive Assistant, making a better than average salary, I found myself in a totally different environ...ment. My husband had Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia for 10 years and passed; my son had Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma (which is now in remission due to God's grace and mercy); and I had 3 major surgeries within 14 months...all of which had enormous co-pays. Ms Fugate handled my bankruptcy. I was pleased with her and the handling of my bankruptcy. We did have some communication problems. I found bankruptcy to be rather involved and rather complicated. Ms Fugate and her staff walked me through the process. I would not advise anyone to attempt to do this on their own. Bankruptcy is a sensitive, personal issue. It's emotional, and what one considering bankruptcy may think important real...ly isn't. It's like separating the wheat from the shaft, or in bankruptcy, separating what's important from what's not. I found bankruptcy a process needing a person experienced with that process in court.
