Ronald Jay Berke

Recognized as a leading trial attorney in the mid-south, Ronald J. Berke began his law career nearly 40 years ago. He is a member of the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He has tried a myriad of cases in the state and federal courts and the state and federal appellate courts.

Ronnie applies his years of experience in cases ranging from car accidents and products liability to commercial litigation. He has also been able to apply his knowledge as an instrument-rated pilot to cases involving aviation matters.

Ronnie received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University in 1970. He is admitted to practice at all levels of the Courts of Tennessee, the 6th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.

He is regularly sought after as a guest lecturer at organizations such as the American Association for Justice, the Southern Trial Lawyers Association and the Tennessee Association for Justice. He is also involved with numerous business organizations.

Ronnie has been awarded the Tennessee Supreme Court Service Award, the Bancroft-Whitney Publishing Company American Jurisprudence Award and is listed in the National Registry of Who’s Who. Ronnie has been elected a Mid-South Super Lawyer the last two years. He is a former member of the Tennessee Judicial Selection Committee and is past president of both the Tennessee Association for Justice and the Melvin Belli Society.
