Biography
For 50 years, Marvin B. Berke has dedicated his career to achieving results for his clients. Marvin has gained the respect of his clients and is also revered by colleagues. He was elected to serve as president of the Chattanooga Trial Lawyers Association and has served as a board member of the Tennessee Association for Justice. Marvin has been designated as a Mid-South Super Lawyer and is a member of the Inns of Court. He is also a member of the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
Marvin received both his undergraduate degree and J.D. from Vanderbilt University. He is admitted to practice at all levels of the Courts of Tennessee, the 6th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Devoting all of his time to litigation, Marvin has been involved in extensive products liability and medical malpractice litigation and has been involved in multi-district litigation. His trial practice focuses on personal injury, class action, business litigation and wrongful death actions.

Disappointed!!
He is a horrible man. He took my case and dropped me for no reason 2 months before the statue of limitation ran out and could not give me a reason why. It's my opinion that he took a payout from this company I was suing just so I'd keep my mouth shut.
