Biography
I am a Nashville native and the owner and managing partner of the firm. I represent people all across Tennessee in cases involving serious injuries from car crashes, truck wrecks, motorcycle accidents, construction injuries and other types of injuries. I do not and have never represented an insurance company. I also manage the firm's probate and Social Security Disability practice.
In 2015, and every year since, I was awarded the prestigous AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell. I have been rated by Superlawyers for personal injury cases since 2013. I graduated from North Carolina State University graduating Cum Laude in 2003. Thereafter I received my J.D. from Nashville School of Law in 2007. While in law school I worked for my father as the firm's law clerk.
In college I was a three-year letter winner and member of two ACC Championship wrestling teams. I was also a a four-time recipient of the scholar athlete award and three times an ACC All Conference Academic Team member.
I previously served as the President of the Middle Tennessee Wrestling Officials Association, a not-for-profit corporation chartered to promote amateur wrestling in middle Tennessee. For ten years I was a high school wrestling referee. Now I enjoy spending time away from the office playing golf or watching the Nashville Predators.
I serve on the board of directors of the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association and I am a member of the American Association for Justice, Tennessee Bar Association and Nashville Bar Association.
