Review on Attorney Willard

Attorney Willard is an aggressive, well-read, and incredibly effective defense lawyer. I was accused of sexual harassment and he was flexible, knowledgeable, and embodies a consummate professional. He prepared my written statement and appeal and I could not be more grateful. He is dependable, support...ive, and I will forever be grateful for what he provided me in a very difficult time. Thank you Attorney Willard!

Saved my career

Recommend this firm to anyone seeking help. I was without hope when I reached out. Being falsely accused is hard to deal with and Matt was there every step of the way. It is hard to explain in words what his services meant for me.

False Allegations and an MEB

After struggling for over a year with medical issues and false allegations of misconduct, I was at my lowest point. The Fort Campbell justice system was seeking to end my career in a punitive manner, instead of allowing my MEB to proceed. They gave me thirty days to respond to an initiation of separa...tion notification and I could barely muster the effort to open up my computer. The lawyer I was assigned by Fort Campbell Legal Assistance told me they had, "never seen anything like this before," that I should "keep my response to two pages," and offered only to "look over my response" the day before it was due. I found Lawrence online the next day. After a brief consult, he offered to collect all the relevant information, develop a strategy, and assembled a response that was over 100 pages long. Lawrence was the only person I meant that demonstrated competence, confidence, and offered me hope during a terrible chapter in my life. I was able to be medically retired because of the response he drafted and his support throughout the process was invaluable. I cannot recommend him enough.

QMP Board process

Mr. Willard II really stuck by me throughout the whole process of my QMP board. He contacted me on numerous occasions, just to keep me up to date on the process and also he was readily available if I had any questions. He drafted an exceptional response to prove that I am an individual with limitless... potential which earned me a second chance in military. I know my hard work was due to my performance in the military, but I could have not done it without him.

YOU NEED ATTORNEY WILLARD AND THE MATTHEW BARRY LAW FIRM

Mr. Willard was immediately in my corner, fighting for me against a very toxic command that labeled me guilty of harassment before the investigation was even done. I was flagged and under investigation for 15—yes, that's right—15 months. I was treated terribly by my Battalion Command, thrown aside as... rubbish, while the person who falsely accused me was praised and promoted. Mr. Willard was hired when I was notified I was going to a separation board. After 12 years of active service, they were going to attempt to separate me from the Army on an OTH discharge. Without Mr. Willard, this would have definitely happened. He immediately gives you his 110% effort in providing the absolute best counsel possible, preparing you for interviews, cross-examination, board proceedings, the whole shebang. Because of Mr. Willard, my board findings were unsubstantiated, and I was retained without rehabilitation. He helped show the truth of the actual incident
