Early in 2024, I was placed under QMP consideration and was facing a situation which could easily result in the end of my career. I contacted Attorney Willard in March 2024 after I was flagged and informed of an ongoing 15-6 Investigation. After consulting with several other attorneys, I elected to go with Mr. Willard as his rates were affordable and definitely seemed to care about my case even before I chose to retain him. ...Almost immediately, Mr. Willard got to work in representing me to my command and legal office. He provided thorough information on possible outcomes of my case and a clear path moving forward. He was also honest and realistic with me. When I received the initial investigation results and alleged misconduct from the IO, Mr. Willard helped me draft a comprehensive rebuttal against the allegations. This rebuttal was so thorough, in fact, that the brigade legal team elected to drop the two allegations - which were quite significant - in their entirety and instead elected for an allegation of lesser severity to be sent up to the CG's legal office. As a result of the aforementioned facts, my rebuttal matters were 93 pages in length and comprehensively addressed the dropped allegations, the lesser allegation, and my character.
