Lawrence Arthur Willard II

I was charged a field grade article 15 five days before my orders ended. However after I was read my article 15, a copy was not given to me until 2 days before my orders ended. My chain of command advised me to hurry up and not seek legal counsel. I quickly contacted attorney Willard and explained th...e situation.
