I contacted Attorney Willard in March 2024 after I was flagged and informed of an ongoing 15-6 Investigation. After consulting with several other attorneys, I elected to go with Mr. Willard as his rates were affordable and definitely seemed to care about my case even before I chose to retain him. ...Almost immediately, Mr. Willard got to work in representing me to my command and legal office. Although he was on leave, he still requested and got an extension for submitting my GOMOR matters within 24 hours. Mr. Willard, using my case files and the information I provided, wrote almost the entirety of my GOMOR rebuttal and provided me a means to receive support letters from individuals I commissioned with, worked with, or knew. In receiving this and the previous draft, I found that he also commands an amazing mastery in writing that expresses military professionalism with a personal touch - each time I received a draft from him, it seemed like I was the one who wrote it. As a result of the aforementioned facts, my rebuttal matters were 93 pages in length and comprehensively addressed the dropped allegations, the lesser allegation, and my character.
